There is no natural treatment for fibromyalgia that will stop it or reverse it. Eating a healthy, balanced diet, staying hydrated, exercising, sleeping well, and reducing stress will all help prevent making you feel worse with fibromyalgia. When I say that, I don’t mean that if you’re as healthy as possible, fibromyalgia will not affect you. What I mean is that you are already going to feel bad with fibromyalgia, so try to be as healthy as possible so you don’t feel even worse.
