Too young

My daughter was 8mnths old, we had just moved to the country,  not yet unpacked when she started pooping and throwing up, it was like something from the exorcist.. I finally took her to the hospital and she was put on a drip and bloods were taken.  We were sent home a few hours later but as I was putting the key in the door I received a phone call asking to bring her back as her bloods were a concern. She was set up on a drip and it was about then we realised she was becoming floppy and lethargic. They told me not to be concerned and told me to go home freshen up and bring some clothes back to her.. Well as I was packing a small bag I got another call telling me they were flying g her to Sydney as her kidneys were showing signs of failure and her blood cells weren't producing... Three weeks in hospital,  two blood transfusions(WE Managed to avoid dialysis) later we were sent home... Other than a strange allergy system and asthma she is now a healthy 14yr old,  but we still test her and keep an eye on her kidneys and bloods.  Water is hugely important to her as it seems to be the only real side effect,  easily dehydrated..
