It is frustrating as again it varies, some need a higher fat diet to maintain weight but also being conscious of any heart problems, there are ways to maintain growth ie tube fed and over night feeding ,higher calorie drinks, usually a nutritionist is involved and a plan is individually revised.

I have not found any info on a specific diet. i experienced with my daughter that she is a finicky eater. i suggest a diet with fruits and veggies, milk and adding ground flax seed to foods. the flax seed has omega 3 fatty acids for brain development. i try to avoid a lot of cheese. with ns the digestion of food is slower. constipation is an issue. eat as healthy as possible because noonans causes so many issues. feed your body well to ensure growth and development
