It is hard to be happy living with shogrens due to the ever changing symptoms. Never knowing how you will feel moment by moment day by day. You will pull from sources you never expected in order to maintain sanity

I'm trying my best to adjust to my conditions to be happy. I think it is achievable right now I'm just navigating my way there. Living stress free life as much as possible. Determine what stresses you and eliminate them. Look for things that will elevate you.

Try to get as much rest and sleep as you can. Keeping a positive mind, a hobby is also good for your mind and soul. Take good care of yourself and hang out with people who love you and u der stand your disease, very important.
