Unfortunately there isnt a treatment available yet. However there is alot of research so hopefully in the near future therenwill be a treatment

While there is no real treatment I recommend looking into "eSight" they are an organization that have produced glasses that allow some people suffering poor eyesight to see again. Their tech allowed my friend to see clearly for the first time in his life. It doesn't work for everyone but I would definitely look into it.
