So tired of the pain and prednisone!

I began getting extremely sick in July 2014 and had a partial kidney removal due to renal cell carcinoma that is in remission.  Since 2014 I have maybe felt well for 2wks and worked as much as possible since it was a sit down job and I could prop feet up when needed.  I ended up being diagnosed with narcolepsy, sleep apnea and night hypoxia.  I have degenetative disc disease of entire back along with osteoarthritis in back and knees.   My medications keep me confused at times and dumb as a box of rocks in others.   My boss then decides it was best to love me to a position I would need to get up and down constant and stand on feet right before my chemo treatments so I no longer have that job or insurance even though I have my heart and soul to them for 6yrs but I can no longer stress over them and beg for help until I can government assistance.  My food stamps have started and they are getting me home health for 3 days a week.  I currently use a walker and shower chair and cannot always dress myself etc....unless you are going through it, it is so hard to understand so I do not expect much help so wanted to make sure to include all of my health support groups and truly appreciate any even if a penny so I may get to my oncologist and Rhuematologist to get this started.  My meds are currently about$1,000 a month also.
