Dr Stanley Painful Chest Checked to see if heart veins ok – they were. Ditto Went on Diet lost about 35-40Kgs. Chest Ache started during exercise. Noted that HR was not as high as before Ablation 29th Jan 2015 AFIB incidents start once again Pill in Pocket Sotalol Ditto 22th September 2015 Dr Stanley AFIB CT Scan Ditto 23rd September 2015 Dr Stanley AFIB Hot Ablation Drug negative reaction? Tambicor 200mg Cardicor 9th November 2015 Dr Stanley Swelling and general malaise Admitted ? Finding very difficult to do any excursion at all November AFIBs start again 18th December Dr Stanley Nuclear Scan Noted Weak vein syndrome? Changed meds to Warfarin and Diltiazem 180 SR plus Nitro Glycerine Stopped exercise for 4 weeks (on recommendation) and then only walking 19th Jan 2016 Dr Stanley Ultrasound Concerned about ‘film round heart muscle Remain on meds Ditto 5th Feb 2016 Dr Jamal Cardioversion Recommended change in meds Ditto 21st March 2016 Dr Jamal Cardioversion 22nd March 2016 Dr Stanley MR Scan and blood tests Stopped Meds except warfarin Ditto 15th April 2016 Dr Hide Naval and Anal Biopsies Painful after coming round from anaesthetic. Dr Stanley stand in noted swelling of body and advised to reduce consumptions of liquids to 3-4 days week Ditto August 2016 Dr Stanley Heart Biopsy Confirmed Amyloidosis is the cause. Referred to Haematologist in Durban Dr Moodley and to Dr A Asherson for Cardio issues
