Hello Amickp - It may seem a bit pedantic given what you have been through but this sounds very like illness caused by a damp home - not aspergillosis. The fungus Aspergillus is often present in damp homes but exposure to Aspergillus is not the same as having aspergillosis. You have become sensitive to something in that damp building or been infected but working from the description you give this is not aspergillosis. Aspergillosis is an infection, almost always infection of the lungs or sinuses and not something that will cause skin lesions. Removing yourself from exposure to a damp home is a great way to reduce your symptoms and in time people usually recover well - I hope that this small amount of clarity will help you get to the bottom of what caused your illness. NB If you find that you are not recovering - for example, your still have sinus pain, blocked sinuses, then sinusitis is a common symptom of being exposed to a damp home. Get a doctor to look at it.
