Beginner
Noticed bump in hand May, 2016. Found out my uncle had it and underwent surgery. Now I have 3 bumps in a line and I just found a lump on my arch. Thought I had plantar fasciitis but it’s Ledderhose disease. I just want to know what I can do to minimize/slowdown growth. I’m 57 and from Northern European decent.
