Life with ET

With a routine blood test my life changed. I had been having severe migraine headaches and I had never had even small headaches really so my Dr. made the decision to test my blood from that to a hematologist and more blood work I was diagnosed. My blood count was 560,000 so it's really a mild case, I only take asprin along with a very changed diet and life style, I exercise and eat better and it has helped to a point. Now we are 4 years later and my numbers fluctuate but I'm constantly trying to improve myself and my numbers so that I don't have to go on medication.
