8 years of hell
Hi all. It took them 8 years to find out what was wrong. At one stage they told me after an other visit to a different specialist ( as you know lupus can manifest it self in many different ways) to see a head srink as they thought I was making it up. My GPS sent me to a medical board and in the waiting room I saw a notice up saying it was Lupus awareness week and did you have this and this and this you may have lupus. Looking down the list I had over 3/4 of the symptoms. Took the leaflet in and said that is what I have got. Did the test and it came back positive. So I say never give up. You know your own body. Get the best help you can. If not change GPS if you have to. Its your health care. Stay strong
