MSK,W now what?

Hi, I am new to the MSK world.  I was just diagnosed in March, 2017.  I am a 34 year old mother of two girls. I had my first Kidney stone at age 19.  It was blown off as  just a result of not drinking enough fluids. November of 15 while preagnant with my second daughter I was diagnosed with a UTI. I went to the ER terrified I was having a miscarriage. My pain was all in my lower abdomen. A dipstick test showed negative, but when they looked at it under the microscope it was off the charts.  I didn't get my second diagnosed stone until December of 2016.  The pain came on full force in about 20min.  While teaching in my Kindergarten class I nearly passed out.  I stumbled across the room to the hall to flag down a coworker.  Again my pain was all in my lower abdomen.  None in my back or sides.  I went to the ER.  A scan showed a small stone, but DR's didn't think it was the full problem since it was so small, and they found cysts on my kidney as well. Follow up ultrasound showed MSK. I am in the process of getting my 24 hour urine collection and my follow up with a nephrologist. I've learned so much.  I look forward to learning more to keep my symptoms minimal. I'd rather give birth naturally again than experience that pain of a stone again.
