Gradually it all adds Up

I was Born a month Premature, as were the 3 Maternal generations Before me. Once I got to be about 6 month Old, until Just before I turned 13, I got Spankings on my bare Buttocks, first by Hand and Later by his thin, narrow leather Belt. Just before I turned 7, I broke out Big-time reacting to the MMR shot I was given. Just before I turned 26 I got into the Shoe shine business and was In it until I was 34, exposed the Whole time to Dyes and spray Shoe finishes, Often with less-than-ideal Ventilation. Within a few months of Finishing in the Shoe shine business, I could No longer handle any Shampoos or Hair conditioners. And so it Was, by July of 2004, at the age of 37, I was put on Government Disability, Prohibited from the Workforce, due to Allergies/Sensitivities to Tobacco smoke and Alcohol/Fragrances. I have found eliminating Wheat, Rye, Glutinous Rice, Food Dyes, all kind of Pepper and Table Salt &c to Minimize the Skin eruptions/Bloating and Now I don't get the regular Fluctuations between Cramping and Diarrhea/Vomiting. I get the necessary Iodine in Vitamin supplements. By checking Labels and preparing All my food Myself, and limiting who I'm in Contact with (including mentioning when someone's got Fragrance on them when I need to), I keep as safe as I Can. It means having learned how to be my own Advocate on most Everything, and Only working with those who are Simpatico. Gradually it all adds Up, at least for Me, and those who are willing to Accept me for who I actually Am.

Do you find you are slowly getting better or worse?
