Nut Cracker that put upside down the entire life

I've been suffering since 2016. But not continuously. For the first time I've got severe pain in 2016 and it lasted for a half a year. It disappeared by itself. Then the pain came back in 2018. This time it was even more severe and lasted for 8 months. Meanwhile I've got a short relief from my pain but... unfortunately after 3 months the pain was back. As usually the Nut Cracker pain escalates with each following week. This time it's turned out to be so severe that I cannot work and the only thing that helps me is morfine. I'm just desperate because of the pain and count each "good day". Or better to say I count more or less bearable days. There are no to many....
