Poland Snydrome and me

I was a one of two fraternal twin boys born in 1960. My brother Mike was normal but I had been born missing my left chess muscle.
It really didn’t effect me til I noticed I looked different from my brothers. In my teenage years I felt like I had something to hide and although I am a happy and upbeat person, deep inside it was hard to deal with, especially seeing a guy with a nice chest, knowing I would never have one,
Didn’t keep me from having girl friends but I tried to hide my chest as much as possible.
Finally when I turned 29, a remember a nurse I knew who had recommended a plastic surgeon (1989: pre internet…not sure it this even had name).
Had the surgery but had bleeding due to it being inserted under my armpit to avoid a scar on my nipple. Not a good idea, had to have another surgery to stop the bleeding, ugh .
Then the implant shifted on me while water tubing a month after the surgery.
Went to have it fixed a year later, but the implant had ruptured and needed to be replaced with one designed for a women. That was a hard thing to accept. I didn’t; even saw a malpractice attorney and got another surgeon but finally went back to the same surgeon, who this time put in a harder implant and did the surgery by inserting the implant under the muscle, still feels a bit uncomfortable after 30 years.

Good news, it looks a 100 % better. No women could ever tell. Not even my wife.
My advise, get an experienced plastic surgeon who you research very carefully, and improve yourself image. Life my have given you a lemon but do your homework and seek a few opinions before getting it fixed. Good luck to you.
