CHRONIC ILLNESS RECOVERY WORKSHOP
I, Julius Richardson, a sarcoidosis patient, living in Nevada. I want to request a patient workshop here in our area designed for patients, medical professional and interested family members.
To facilitate attendance for interested people, their Patient Workshops will be offered in any locality for a gathering of 10 or more.
Before requesting a workshop I need an indication that 10 or more people will be attending.
