Tarlov cysts

Pain started when I was driving home over a spin class. I was diagnosed with Vulvodynia and have been to close to 10 doctors hoping someone could make the burning stop. I have taken many medications, had Botox put in my female areas, took a Pudendal nerve injection and it stoped the pain for 12 hours. I have waisted much time and money to find out if nothing has worked the pain must be caused by the tarlov cysts close to my sacral sac. All the time and money was waisted. It is odd that after going to 9 doctors someone would have noticed them but most doctors wanted to see for themselves and listen to what I had to say. I guess Tarlov cysts are so rare no one would go outside the box of female issues until my GYN got frustrated because nothing has worked so he finally said it must be the tarlov cysts causing the pain. I hope it is because I will see a neurosurgeon who treats Tarlov castes in Philadelphia. He is one of the 2 doctors I have found that treat Tarlov cysts. They are not very common. I don’t think I can live with the pain the rest of my life. I took pain medication after my shoulder surgery and it may have taken the edge off the pain but not much. Lyrica helps as long as I don’t sit much. If I am standing and not putting pressure on the cysts the pain goes as low as a 2.
I need help
