Tracheobronchomalacia

I started haveing hypoxia and was oxygen dependent after a surggery in 3010 when  during rt lung totally collapsed and lt on partially. I also have COroanry Artery Spams(CAS) and Coronary MICROVASCULAR DISEASE (MVD)  they became much worse. fro 2010-2012 several physicians attamped to treat me in Colorado Springs but I was getting worse. I was then sent to Mato AX and May MN, They managed to get angian to slow down but faile dto identify they hypoxia cause. By this time I was also having severe Hypertention spikes.  I was unabl to fly back and forth after diverting airplane in 2014. I went all the way up the chain of physicians at University Coorado in Denver and they foudn I also had Fribermuscualr DYsplasia (FMD) so they did angio on renal arteries and nwo track that. But they referred me to National Jewish Heaalth (NJH) in 2015. BY this tiem at tiem sI was on 7-10 liters of oxygen and in and out of hospital many times. NJH determiend I had Tacheobroncheomalacia (TBM)  and perfromed Trachobronchoplasty dec 2015.  I was able to get off oxygen for much of the day time for a while but Oct 2016 started having worsening hypoxia, angina, adn dec STEMI. I went from CPAP to BiPAP ASV. SO the final piece is now falling into place 4 physicians beleive that I have Relapsing Polychronditis (RP) which  affetcs cartilidge & connective tissue it is autoimmune. So I am nto your typical TBM patient. RELAPSING POLYCHONDRITIS is a multi-systemic condition characterized by inflammation and deterioration of cartilage. The often painful disease can cause joint deformity and be life-threatening if the respiratory tract, heart valves or blood vessels are affected.
