Keep a positive mind

One evening end Oct 2021 suddenly numb legs and feet, from belly button downwards. Next morning hardly couldn't walk. Hospitalised, MRI, bloodtests, spinal tap. Cortisone drip 3x. No bladder control. Day 9 on my feet but difficult balance. Day 10 walking slowly with walker. Since then my walking and balance improved. Later to rehab. All challenges successful. Lots of concentration on that. After 6 weeks walking with 2 crutches. Later 1, and now often without when at home and short distances. Otherwise with cane only.
Having physiotherapy 3x week. And walk a lot.
But... The numbness is still present. As well as the tight bands sensation around legs and pressure feeling in lower body. Feet are ok-ish since day 9 when I could stand on them. Diagnosis Idiopathic TM. No treatment necessary, nor medication. Rare chance it will happen again.
Can do most of the things to do in house and garden myself. Can't bend over nor sit on heels. So often sit on chair or stool when doing my jobs. Keep a positive mind of all the things you can do, even if it's minor. Try to move as much as possible but rest is also important.
