I was only diagnosed in my late 30's, my condition affects predominantly my hands and feet with severe swelling, urticaria/itching and blisters. My triggers have been predominantly pressure related, so for example if I wear shoes that are not comfortable, or work in the garden with a spade, I can almost definitely expect a episode.
