Also the blood thinning effects of moderate aerobic exercise is helpful to avoid the hypercoagulation that plagues Lyme patients. They don’t specifically say Babesia. For me as long as you stick to walking at a descent pace this should be fine. Don’t walk if you feel weak. Rest!
