There is no treatment that can fully treat this disease, however we can try to reach remission.
Doctors mostly use those medicines in therapy (not all at once!):
Steroids
colchicine
Imuran
Methotrexate
Azathiopryne
Sulfasalazine
Cyclosporine
Cyclophosphamide
It's recommended to try the non steroid- anti-inflammatory drugs in the beginning. The painkillers are necessary for daily use. Also different types of gels/creams can be useful for skin lesions. Patients should also use special diets, especially when having oral ulcers.
