everyone dies

My family dies of heart failure. Genetic element with a fault on the TTN gene. Mom and youngest brother dead. Uncle with a very low ejection fraction. Maternal grandmother died of it. I'm next.

Started to improve with Entresto but had the rate adverse reaction of my lips, tongue, and throat swelling. These improvements will ne lost since i can no longer take the drug

I cannot eat a heart-healthy diet because I also have gastroparesis.

I have asked many doctors and dieticians for help, but it seems that there is no data on managing the two conditions. I pretty much expect to die very early.
