The signs was there already from young age,but no one knew

Before I got my diagnose in my third and last pregnancy in 1997.I was an athelete at younger age, skiing and track and field.Fainted in some runs but it was explained with that I had low iron in my blood.I excersised 15-20 hours a week,so I have been lucky ......

Today, age 52 with 1o sorts of medication I try my best on my good days to walk in the forest 1-2 days a week if possible and I go to the gym to "built muscles" twice a week.I have also many other seriouse diagnoses so it´s not easy, but I try my best for my self and my lovely sons and husband to stay posetive.

I am to my doc for check and bloodtests every 3. month. In April 2016 I got a new challenge

atrial fibrillation.Have been hospitalized most of the month and set on even more medecines, but I feel now 3 months later that I am back to normal. It can come back tomorrow, but I don´t worry about it.

Feel free to ask if you wonder about something who could be helpful for you.
