A Chronic Fatigue Syndrome / M.E. story

Got Me after glandular fever in 1995. It took 12 years before the disease was foul developed. Was tired and out of sorts every day, but with more ME symptoms of relapse. Got diagnosis in 2007. Today, I am 95% bound to my home. Feel better by heat in moderation. Has been bedridden twice in two years.
