Chronic Fatigue Syndrome / M.E.
Chronically Hopeful despite ME/CFS
I have had ME/CFS for over 2 years now. I remain positive, hopeful and excited about what the future holds despite being mostly bedridden.
I am currently using a paleo-ketogenic diet and supplements to help manage my symptoms as well as staying well within my baseline and have seen improvements. Please get in contact if you want to know more about this!
I enjoy being creative and am happy that such activities are usually low exertion and can be done in bed in short sessions.
I have lots of advice for newly diagnosed patients and will be happy to help.
I am Christian and I believe God has a plan for me despite this illness and through this illness and He has been so faithful in providing for my needs this far - down to the smallest detail.
I understand not everybody agrees with that view, so I will remain neutral on this when giving practical advice.
