Living with CRPS

I had an accident whist in the army and the cargo hatch of the armoured vehicle I was travelling in broke its catch and slammed shut, my arm getting caught. Major soft tissue damage. Later it was diagnosed as a trapped Ulnar nerve. Looked after with physio but constantly on and off. Eventually I had the operation in 2006 for a sub muscular nerve transposition. I came out of the operation worse than I went in but it was after that the realised I had CRPS from the accident. 2 Weeks of intensive rehab and I have been determined not to let CRPS beat me.
