A Endometriosis story

I am not good at writing, but here it goes.

I am new to the disease and still working on life changes.  I assume I have had endo for some time, but didn't think anything was wrong.  I thought the bloating and the random pelvic pain was normal.  Until June when I had a very sharp, stabbing pelvic pain so bad that I actually decided to go to the doctors and get checked out.  I had a few cysts and a tube removed during my lap.  I was on birth control for about 5 years which is why I think I took some time for me to find all this out.  Now that I am married and want a family this has been messing with my head.  Since my surgery I have felt more depressed and stressed with life.  Maybe it is the current birth control that I am on playing with my hormones or maybe I just need more time to get a handle on this disease.  I am generally a stressed person to begin with so that I know is not helping.  I am curretnly working on changing some of that stress and hope that a year from now I will be a happier, healthier person - I have faith.
