FVL/Protein C Deficiency-Spiraled health issues

I had elective surgery in 2018 and recovery was prolonged after finding out I had developed 4 clots. I had 2 pulmonary embolisms and 2 DVT's during recovery. Apparently, I had an existing clot on one calf before surgery which is why I have nerve damage. Since discovering FVL with protein C deficiency- heterozygous- my body has been breaking down and my lower extremity circulation is very poor. I have chronic venous insufficiency, Neuropathy, Pelvic Congestion Syndrome, a heart murmur, sleep apnea and mild Chiari that I never knew I was born with and that is separate from the circulatory issues but all of these disorders have been found after FVL was discovered. I've had four venous ablation procedures to correct reflux in one leg but now there is reflux in the popliteal vein causing pelvic pain that mimics Sciatica. This causes the inability to sit for long periods of time as it causes severe discomfort and feel the need to move my legs. I no longer tolerate pain well so I take Gabapentin (Neuralgia agent) as needed, especially for migraines. I wish there was more RESEARCH for people like us as I would be the first one to sign up for case studies so that others will benefit and not have to live with such horrible painful symptoms and ongoing circulatory issues. I will add that my Vascular Surgeon was blown away at the fact that I have survived life-threatening incidents with clots. I am truly blessed by a loving God.
