A Factor V Leiden story

I woke up 1 morning 5 yrs ago and it felt like I was walking on glass. I went to the Drs and she told me I had had pulled a muscle in my foot to do some exercises and where enclosed shoes and it will get better! Over the next 6 wks I went back another 4 times because the pain was getting worse and my lower leg was swelling and the pain was travelling up the back of my calf. Finally she decided to send me for ultrasound and straight to hospital on warfin for 6mths. i am clot free since but I worry every day that I could get another 1. I've had my 4 kids tested and none of them have it which is a bonus.. but some days it's hard living with this disease.
