I am a 43yr white female who was Diagnosed at 2yrs Herman Hospital & Texas Children's Hospital.
Rodney Howell & Dr. Collie
2 liver biopsies / 1 left leg muscle biopsy.
NG feeding tube & Pump with sustical until 15yrs old
1/4 cup cornstarch 3x day
Adult years maintaining hypoglycemic episodes.
3 pregnancies to term / sever hypoglycemia during.
Physically exhausted with long stairs. chest pains. Cannot complete treadmil test. However ultrasound shows normal heart function. Blood sugar issues in morning and around 5 pm daily . small meals /milk are go to fixes for this.
Teenage years I was very stubborn and experimented with alcohol/ciggaretts and some cocaine.
As an adult I am a smoker. If I drink at all this almost instantly gets me intoxicated. VERY LOW tolerance for alcohol.
Medications have been an issue throughout lifetime. Antibiotics only if I have to. maybe 2x in 4 yrs. I am always skeptical about medicines and my lifer function.
I am not overweight 5/3 145lbs although my last check up / ultrasound showed fatty liver. That has not reduced in size.
