My story

Short version to start with.....

Born in 1969.
Went to Bradford University to study Biomedical Sciences
Was dismissed as a "late bloomer" or "late starter" every time I went to the doctor throughout my teenage years.

Diagnosed at 23 at Royal Free Hospital in London, UK.

Live in Worcester UK, but originally from Plymouth UK.

My anosmia does not really bother me and and I rarely notice it.

Have been on most forms of testosterone treatment since I was 23.

Have had two clinical trials for fertility treatments both with a minimal amount of success in terms of sperm production.

I currently use Pregnyl / hCG for testosterone production only.

I am a very keen patient advocate for the condition. I spend a lot of my free time talking to and meeting fellow patients around the world.

I am in regular contact with KS medical experts in the UK, USA and Switzerland. I attend medical meetings on KS as a patient representative. I try to pass on information from the KS clinicians to fellow patients.

I upadate the Kallmann syndrome Wikipedia site with any new information as well as having a Word Press blog site and involved with KS groups on Facebook.
