Living with CPEO and KSS and deafness

After decades of being seriously ill most of my life I finally found answers from genetic testing and biopsy.Found an incredible doctor that specializes in mitochondrial disease.I have CPEO AND KSS syndrome. Became deaf 23 years ago and now have a cochlear implant to help hear. Have a lot of other symptoms that lead a mile long list. Starting to experience issues with breathing and irregular heart beats. Many issues with  stomach ,bowels ,bladder, digestion, gastrointestinal,(GERDS)Have to be on a strict diet and became vegatarion, gluten and dairy free because of reactions.Eyes issues are getting worse.Live in chronic pain also due to having fibromyagia, rheumatoid arthritis Osteo  arthritis  Degenerate  disc disease  migrains and immunity .Meditation  is important to keep calm because when stress levels go up mito crashes get involved. Learing that I also have to keep a balanced ph level .Learning life is precious so enjoy it the best you can. Everyday is a struggle but on the days it's not so bad enjoy them as they are few. Educate yourself and learn everything possible  that can help the diseases.Just started on the mito cocktail and here's hoping it helps with exhaustion. .  LIVE ,LOVE AND LAUGH is a great motto.Would love to talk with others who have CPEO AND KSS SYNDROME
