Both Parkinson's and Myasthenia Gravis

I have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s some years ago, but in 2016 I have been diagnosed with MG also.
I Tested negative on AcHR antibodies, so Seroneg. MG, and I have no double vision since I look with one eye only since childhood. However, I do have a droopy eyelid (the good eye :-( ), muscle weakness in arms and legs, I am very tired all day, and I was tested positive on an EMG and SF EMG test.

I find some of the MG symptoms similar to PD. For me, it is a real challenge to figure out which symptom comes with which condition. Even harder to find out which medication works best for me.
My neurologist claims that it is just a sad coincidence that I have both conditions, but I find this hard to believe. MG may be a muscle condition and PD a brain condition, they both are about issues with neurotransmitters (PD about Dopamine, MG about Acetylcholine). I wonder what is the common denominator here.

At this moment the MG weighs heavier than the PD, but PD is progressive, so I am afraid the changes in the future.

Does anyone have a PD and MG history that you want to share?
