HEll on Earth

In 2009 I went for a cancer screen of the colon. There is a family histtory of it. Although the vehmently deny they seeded it , I was tested before the screen for Superbug ( Resistant C Difficile) and was negative , I got it immeadiately after. Blaming it on antibiotics the Foothils hospital denied they caused it.

After MONThS of the pain when I tested negative for C DIFF I asked for an MRI to look for anything else that could be causing this pain because it was changing in area and intensity. They told me ( Chronic Pain Specialists ) to accept my diagnosis and insinuated it was all in my head and it was depression.

After 3 suicide attempts they finally believed what I told them to begin with , these depression and anti siezure drugs caused my depression. They took me off the Gabopenton Lyrica and a host of others including cymbalta which were all perscribed off label because they arent made for chronic pain or are but were meant for other conditions with the number 1 side effect being depression and anxieoty. Since then no depression!

In 2013 I got a new doctor who was more recently trained and graduated from med school with a pain speciality . He started cataloging my pain and noticed my symptoms were simmilar to when he had to have back surgery for a collapsed disk. These included pain down both legs and feet , Abdominal pain , Electric Shjock sensations, Erectile and sexual issus, Bowel pain  bowel control issues , urinary issues. On and on ...

He said we need that MRI that you asked for Im sending you.

After the MRI I was in excruciating pain. I told them laying on a flat hard object makes this far worse , into Emergency I went.

Days later after the result of the T Spine , they revealed they saw a cyst so big it was from s1 to s2 and out of the view of the image . A Second was ordered with a 6.8 CM x 2.7 x 1.5 cm tarlov cyst that is elongated and has "Remodeled the entire sacrum" and is displacing the nerve roots in the area.

After a 5 month wait Dr Frank Feigenbaum said this " is a giant tarlov or meningeal Cyst , it is easily seen there are no other issues in that area and his pain is consistant with a cyst . Its a giant one with over 6 cm in length and encompases the entire sacral space and compresses the nerve roots. It also in fact has eroded the bones and is actually through the sacral lamina in the space . Dr F also noted he HAS been in contact with the canadian health care system and NO DOCTOR treats this condition.

He reccomended the surgery, however I am having great difficulty getting the Alberta Health system to treat this .
