I was diagnosed with a benign Acoustic Neuroma (AN) brain tumor when I was 26 years old, almost 25 years ago. It was the size of a baseball and after three surgeries and a long recovery, I was left with single-sided deafness and some facial palsy. I am committed to helping others with AN and showing that a brain tumor does not mean the end of your life. You can still achieve your dreams, there is just a speedbump to get over first.
