Visual snow syndrome

I am not totally sure how my Visual snow syndrome started. It was a time when I was taking Viagra, this used to give me some very bad headaches afterward. Then slowly things changed, it started with flashes of light, then negative afterimages, then a shimmering effect came..it was like everything was vibrating...and then my vision became slightly granny. It still very mild and I can hardly notice it, it's more the afterimages I get that bothers me. there is days in which I think it's improving, others when it gets a bit worse. I think I can say so far it has been stable, but I have been checking my sight every day since June, in the hope to see improvements. I am being seen from a Neurologist in Belfast who is aware of VS, we are still investigating for underlying conditions that are potentially giving me VS. I don't know if I will get a diagnosis one day, but I hope it will be gone as it came out of the blue, or else that a cure will be found one day. I have been trying various supplements but nothing so far helped.
My best advise is that if your VS is mild...try to ignore it, I sometimes can...sometimes I can't.

Alessio.
