Recognise that 'feeling' to take more drugs.
Never settle for a Dr. If they do not know a great deal about your illness, look for one that does. Don't allow Dr's to be little you, or give you a ton of medications to cover up a symptom. A dr looking for the root cause, is priceless.
Accepting that it is part of me and life still can be good if you are willing to change your perspective on things.

Starting Fludrocortisone on a very low dose (.05 mg 3xa week) and increasing very slowly to the .1mg daily. Also, salt tablets in the summer.
