Carrying on working a 40hour week and looking after my family

I'm closer to my child and partner but have list a lot of friends usually to tired to fo out
What things have you stopped doing?
Smoking,
Nights out at the pub
Drinking alcohol
Eating as much processed food.
What do you think about the future?
I take every day as a bonus an try and do my best, one day my tomorrow may never come.
So far, which years have been the best years in your life? What have you done during them?
The best was meeting my partner and having our wee boy x
What would you like to do if you didn’t have your condition?
Get slimmer and fitter

Carer who sometimes needs her own carer
