What have been your biggest difficulties?
Fino a circa 10 anni fa non avevo grandi difficoltà. Oggi e anche ieri emottisi ed emoftoe
How has your social and family environment reacted? Have your social or family relationships changed?
Il mio ambiente familiare ha reagito bene cerco di fare una vita il più possibile normale. Non frequento locali affollati, centri commerciali, cinema teatri sopratutto durante l'inverno. Evito se possibile. Ho i miei tempi nel camminare nello svolgimento di alcune attività fisiche quindi tendo a fare cose con persone che conoscono la mia malattia e i miei limiti
What things have you stopped doing?
Viaggi impegnativi, e tendo a non usare l'aereo perchè temo di sentirmi male e non riuscire a gestire il panico
What do you think about the future?
In questo momento sono molto incerta sul mio futuro. Sono ansiosa e pessimista ... non vedo grandi speranze per poter star meglio penso di aver provato un po' tutte le cure
So far, which years have been the best years in your life? What have you done during them?
Gli anni migliori sono stati quelli delle mie gravidanze e sono stati buoni un po' tutti fino a circa 10 anni fa.
What would you like to do if you didn’t have your condition?
vivere una vita normale e non dovermi preoccupare di cosa mi viene fuori dai miei polmoni quando tossisco
If you had to describe your life in a sentence, what would it be?
La forza di volontà è stata tutto per me
Finally, what advice would you give to a person in a similar situation?
fare tanta fisioterapia respiratoria e fare sport
