You will feel a little lost and maybe frightened but do not get too upset CML responds well to treatment.
Ask you Doctor as many questions as you want and If you are in the UK the McMillan nurses arr wonderful.
Join the CML facebook group which Is a mine of information and support.
Your loved ones will be upset so if you have some information from the above sources it helps to calm them down.
A diagnosis is not everything... life goes on, is a new opportunity to love more and to enjoy a healthy way of life, to reflect and to achieve our goals of a more viable way. Above all to be happy in a manner different from what we were before :)
