Story about Cluster Headaches .

episodic sufferer of cluster headaches, usually over spring and summer periods. 
Persistant migraine sufferer (weekly). Triggers are often alcohol, exercise and heat during those times (rest of the year my CH are usually fine).

Offically diagnosed in summer 2015/16 after a serious attack during exercise leaving me without feeling or movement on the right side of my body. Similar symtoms to a stroke- slurred speech, unable to smile on one side, pins and needles, panic attack. Had been seeing a doctor who had made steps to lessen my migraine attacks follow upto this (medication, pain relief).

MY ECHs have worsen with age however my general health has improved to manage them more.

Work out regularly, drink plenty of water, low BP, lover of smoothies and fresh ginger.
