Story about Cyclic vomiting syndrome .

My Life

Feb 4, 2016

I was diagnosed with CVS 6 years ago and I had found so med that were working for me and I guess my body got use to them cause the episodes can back worst then ever. I have at least 2 episodes a week stomach pain unbearable nauesa so bad u don't eat or drink. The smell of food makes me gag and nothin can get near my mouth. It horrible living like this no dr.s know enough to help and when you go to the er they say your just there for the drugs which make u feel like s**t. My last trip to the er was so bad I went by ambulance and 4 days later when they could find nothing from there test they actually gave me a puke bag and released me. They said there was nothing they could do. Mentally and physically your always drained and there's times your just want to give up and make it all end. I feel like a burden to my family and I feel there lives would be so much better if they didn't have to always worry about me. Sorry I don't have better advise it just how I feel having this disease. I really wish they could find a cure or just educate more dr's about this disease. We're not crazy or drug seeker we just want to be normal and live a normal life.
