Unable to get rid of cough fatigue and permanent loss of hearing
How has your social and family environment reacted? Have your social or family relationships changed?
I have become isolated because I cannot plan ahead I gave too many gad days
What things have you stopped doing?
Walking, church is sporadic, entertaining, taking grandchildren places, going to parties bicycling.

So far, which years have been the best years in your life? What have you done during them?
My fifties and sixties. Travel gardening yoga bicycling big visiting and having dinners and oarties

Finally, what advice would you give to a person in a similar situation?
To keep moving I do weights 3 x a week swim to in the summer Pilates in Saturday's. I have made new friends who are patient with me
