How did all start?
A traumatic LSD trip in October of 2021
Do you already have a diagnosis? How long did it take you to get it?
No diagnosis. But my symptoms match to a T
For what medical specialties have you been treated? What has been the most useful specialty for your?
Benzodiazepines. Doesn't help the symptoms, mostly the anxiety.
What has been the most useful thing for you so far?
Playing video games and trying not to pay attention. Diet change. Quitting all mind-altering substances.
What have been your biggest difficulties?
DPDR, paralyzing fear of death now
How has your social and family environment reacted? Have your social or family relationships changed?
I've definitely become more isolated.
What things have you stopped doing?
Drinking, smoking cannabis, eating processed foods
What do you think about the future?
I'm not sure, but I hope to have my symptoms stop.
So far, which years have been the best years in your life? What have you done during them?
2018. I attended a concert with my little brother.
What would you like to do if you didn’t have your condition?
Attend concerts with lazer lights. Not see tracers everywhere and visual snow.
If you had to describe your life in a sentence, what would it be?
Hectic.
Finally, what advice would you give to a person in a similar situation?
Focus on grounding!
