My journey

in Dec 2014 I started to see a swirl in my eyes after 2 days of tests I was told I had Idiopathic intracranial hypertension. That I need surgery or I would lose my vision within the next few days. I was terrified because I was PREGNANT. With a baby I was told I'd never be able to have. I was carefully monitored and given the optic nerve sheath fenestration surgery on my left eye first. Then a few months later would be my right. My daughter was born healthy before my second onsf surgery. I have been denied shunts because of that surgery I live in pain daily. I use a rolater walker to walk. I fall. It's not a life many people can handle. Hell, many days I can't manage but I have to for my kids
