the worst disease ever

i know there are worst diseases,but hoestly this fills like the worst..and definitely worst i have ever had..my tinnitus started in both ears in 2014 after an infection..wasnt diagnosed until may 2017 after ears started up again...but my tinnitus is 24/7/365..has been since it started in 2014..i hear crickets(cicadas)..lots of them in both ears...i stay nauseous all the time,vertigo is a killer...it has eased off this past week..but it was when laying down,turning my head or just moving...ears stay full and sound like im talking in an echo..hearing has went out in both ears at different times..sometimes i hear a tone in ears like the tv sign off sound..i use a rollator when i got to the stores if i am gonna be in there longer than 10 min..i do still drive butnot alone..husband is always with me..i use a cane for stability...i am hypothyroid,diabetic(under control with diet),allergic to milk and fixing to be tested for tree nut allergy as well,i carry an epipen,i have migraines and have for as long as i can remember..i take otc meclizine,,hctz,,verapamil..all my meds had to be chaned because all of mine contained lactose to which i am allergic..no eating out because of the milk allergy..and if i find something in a restaurant or someone house i have to take zyrtc before hand in case of cross contamination..
