Finding support as a divorced, isolated poor person

I don't have a familyvany more, they all turned their backs.
I rarely see people and have few friends

Travel, driving, going to large social gatherings, outside work.

I'm nervous about it

Best years are now. I like being alone.

Travel
If you had to describe your life in a sentence, what would it be?
Interesting but arduous.
Finally, what advice would you give to a person in a similar situation?
Park down your life as much as possible, get good medical support, and don't try to ignore the problem, it'll only get worse.
