How it came to happen...

Year Condition Began: 2016

My grandad died of a heart attack when I was young. He ate terribly - all read meat and butter and hard liquor. He had several heart attacks - 5 I think and survived many years between them. Despite his eating habits he was an angry angry man. He was always red-faced.

My dad has high blood pressure and in his 70s a local doctor put him on beta blockers. However, a few months later a specialist took him off them and took great issue with the doctor as he did a battery of tests on my dad and said he is incredibly fit and said 'I don't wont to see you again'. Everyone knows beta blockers can be dangerous.

So 2009 at the age of 39 I was pregnant with twins and developed high blood pressure. I had bells palsy and pre-eclampsia. They mad me have a C section and everything was fine. The bells palsy went soon after birth. My blood pressure remained high but that was me and my doctors in the UK didn't suggest anything.

In 2015 I moved to the USA. To get my green card I was forced to have several tests and an MMR despite having had these diseases already. A few months later I became aware of racing heart beat but I left it. I can't say why. Early 2016 I went to a dentist to have a tooth pulled and my blood pressure was high 90s and they refused to pull it and made me see a doctor. I went to see a doctor. I knew that despite already having higher blood pressure I also suffered from white coat high tension, had an infected tooth, was on anti-biotics, had just walked straight into the surgery, and had never been into an american surgery before on my own. Of course it was high. Same - high 90s. The doctors assistant instructed my to take diuretics and refused to tell me the side effects. I pushed her until she pulled them up and then after brushing them off said that everything has side effects. I asked for a disclaimer and said I just need my tooth pulled. I had been in agony for months. I asked about life style changes and how long I would be on the meds and she told me for ever. I asked how she would ever know if life style changes would work if I was on the meds for ever. No answer. She acknowledged that stopping the meds could easily cause death once my body was used to them. She refused and wrote me a prescription. I went home and looked up the insert and found it has a 3% mortality rate for women my age, not to mention a whole host of other common and nasty side effects.

I found a dentist who was willing to pull my tooth regardless although I had to pay a LOT. My blood pressure rose to over 200 and they terrified me saying I would have a stroke at any moment.

Within hours my BP was down to 145 at home and flustuated up to around 175 now. I'm done with doctors right now. I live every day terrified of dying and have to medical person to turn to.

Recently I thought about that MMR and found that it is contra-indicated for individuals with a history of HBP and has caused death, specifically in people my age. I found this things out in research papers.

So that's where I am.

Vaccines are dangerous. I don't care if you agree. It's a fact.
