I went for my new pair of glasses and was referred to a specialist. I was 29 then and 32 now. After some tests the diagnosis was ‘legally blind’ which means I can see but not as much as normal people. I stopped driving three months after diagnosis and suddenly realised that what i thought was ‘clumsiness’ was actually me not seeing as other people do. It sucks but I am managing.
